Created by an experienced professional specialized in institutional real estate investment, Coravim provides real estate investment services across two main areas :

• investment transaction to clients who wish either to sell an asset or search for acquisition opportunities,

• advisory to investors who need real estate support or development of special spreadsheets and models.

An independent company 

Coravim is an independent company wholly owned by its founder.

The simple company structure is responding to several requirements :

• the ability to react quickly, essential in a competitive market,
• the delivery of efficient advice, preserved from any conflict of interest or strategy imposed from the outside,
• the flexibility of providing custom-made services to suit the specific requirements of our clients,
• the assurance as to the confidentiality of the deals we are involved in.

Bruno Stein, founder

Bruno Stein has of about thirty years’ experience in the fields of real estate investment and financing.

2011-2014 : CEO at Initium AM, a real estate company providing investment and asset management services to high net worth individuals.

2003-2011 : Head of Financial Engineering and Financing Consultancy in the Capital Markets Group of Cushman & Wakefield, the third global commercial real estate services firm,

1999-2003 : Head of Investments at Paref / Sopargem group, which manages property funds and SCPIs (open-ended real estate funds),

1992-1999 : Settlement and monitoring of professional real estate financings in the UIC-Sofal bank.

Bruno Stein is a graduate of ESLSCA (Ecole Supérieure Libre des Sciences Commerciales Appliquées).
